Mr. Khalil originated a €2 billion Eurobond issue for Goldman Sachs, co-established a $1.5 billion money market fund, led restructuring a bank’s services and increased its AUM by $3.6 bn, co-launched 3 equity, balanced, and Islamic funds valued at over $400 million, led a team and sourced 12 M&A deals valued at $5.5 billion for Arab investors, directed a Dubai-based sales hub for a Swiss fund Mgmt. boutique, and identified a new market segment in for Credit Suisse Asset Management in the Middle East.
Mr. Khalil served as chief advisor to a minister, a managing director for ORBITEX Group of Funds, a regional director for Thomson Reuters, a chief middle east economist for DRI/Standard & Poor’s, financial intermediary for Credit Suisse & Advent International and a senior advisor to Union of Arab Banks. He brainchild and co-founded a charitable foundation serving over 50 million beneficiaries. He founded a public institution serving Lithuania, Baltics, and East Europe. He earned a B.A. and M.A. degrees from Columbia University and the American University in Cairo.

Khalil Jaouni, Partner (Dubai, UAE)
Khalil Jaouni is a seasoned management consultant and entrepreneur, based in Dubai, with extensive experience and expertise for over 30 years in the UAE and Arab Gulf financial and investment markets
Mr. Jaouni started his career at Accenture and Andersen, where he served, over a 15-year period, many of the leading companies in the MENA region. He held partner positions in the latter 4 years in the firm, in-charge of the financial service and customer solutions practices.
Mr. Jaouni participated in the development of the first electronic stock exchanges in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar. He led transformation programs at leading companies in the region. In the mid 1990s, he worked for 2 years in the Andersen Consulting offices in London serving clients such as JP Morgan. In 2003, Khalil moved on to establish CariZMa as a leading service provider in the customer solutions and people development sectors. He also established Atlas Advisory
His 25-year career spanned clients in financial services, telecom, and technology, among others, working on strategy development, operations improvement, IT transformation, customer relationship management, HR strategy, and talent development. Mr. Jaouni is an honors graduate of The Johns Hopkins University, in Baltimore, Maryland (USA).
